These terms cover multimodel.ch: this website and the application behind the sign-in.

When you create an account or use multimodel.ch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Benjamin Simpson runs multimodel.ch as a sole proprietor in Switzerland. On this page, "we" and "us" mean him.

• You are 18 or older.
• You can sign a contract under the law of your country.
• If you use multimodel.ch for a company, you have the right to accept these terms for it. The terms then apply to the company too.
• No sanction or law in your country forbids you to use it.

We review each new account before it opens.

Use a real email address that you read. We refuse disposable addresses.

You sign in with a one-time code or link. We send it to your email address. Do not share it.

You are responsible for everything done with your account. The exception is access by someone else that you did not cause. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once.

An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, sell it or give it to someone else.

New accounts include a starting credit. Each prompt uses tokens for the request and the response. We take their cost from your credit. You see the cost of each response while it arrives.

multimodel.ch runs at cost. You pay for LLM usage and data storage at the providers' prices. The Models page lists them. You do not pay for our infrastructure. When a provider changes a price, our price changes too.

There is no subscription. Nothing renews. You top up your credit by Swiss mobile payment, arranged directly with us.

We refund credit that you paid for and did not use. Ask us, or close your account. We do not refund the starting credit, because you did not pay for it.

Some providers charge in US dollars or euros. We convert their prices to Swiss francs at the exchange rate of the same day. Buying and selling currency costs a small margin. We pass that difference on to you, so multimodel.ch stays at cost.

multimodel.ch is for one person's own work. Model providers set rate limits. We can set limits too.

We can slow down, limit or stop use beyond one person's own work. Examples: large automated use, an account shared by several people, or resale. If we do, we tell you why.

Do not use multimodel.ch to:

• break the law, or help others break it;
• create sexual content involving children;
• harass, threaten, bully or defame anyone;
• build weapons or malware, or attack computer systems;
• deceive people by pretending to be a real person or organisation;
• send spam, run scams or phish for data;
• present a model's answer as advice from a qualified expert;
• make decisions about a person's rights, money, job, housing, insurance, credit or education without a human review;
• get around limits or safety measures, or try to reach other people's data or our systems;
• copy multimodel.ch, resell it, or offer it under your own name.

Each model provider also has usage rules. They apply to everything you send to that provider.

If an account breaks these rules, we can suspend or close it.

What you send stays yours.

You allow us only what we need to run multimodel.ch. We store your conversations and files. We send them to the models you choose. We relay their answers back to you.

We do not use your conversations to train models. The Privacy page says what we keep and for how long.

The rights in the answers are yours, as far as we can give them. The terms of the provider that ran the model also apply.

• Answers are not unique. Someone else can get a similar answer to a similar prompt.
• An answer may have no owner. In many countries, text or images made by AI have no copyright.

A model can be wrong, out of date or invent facts. It can sound certain and still be wrong. Two models can give opposite answers to the same prompt.

We give no guarantee that an answer is correct, complete or fit for your purpose. Check anything important before you use it, send it or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with an answer.

A model is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. Its answers are not professional advice.

Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, tax, safety or employment decisions where a mistake can cause harm. For those, ask a qualified person.

Infomaniak and Exoscale host multimodel.ch and your data in Switzerland.

The models run with the providers named on the Models page. Each provider works under its own jurisdiction. The Privacy page says what each one receives.

We do not control these providers. We are not liable for what they do, or when they fail.

The name multimodel.ch, its logo, this website and the application are ours. While you follow these terms, you may use multimodel.ch. You receive no other rights.

If you send us an idea or report a problem, we may use it for free. Do not send us anything confidential.

We add, change and remove models and features. When a provider retires a model, we remove it.

You can close your account at any time. We refund credit that you paid for and did not use.

We can suspend or close an account in three cases: it breaks these terms, the law requires it, or multimodel.ch shuts down. We warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. The exception is a serious breach or an urgent legal reason.

If we close your account and you did nothing wrong, we refund credit that you paid for and did not use.

When an account closes, we delete its data as the Privacy page describes. Export anything you want to keep before you close it.

We provide multimodel.ch as it is. We do not guarantee that it is always available, fast or free of errors. We do not guarantee that a model stays available, or that multimodel.ch fits your purpose.

We make backups. Still, a conversation can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

If you are a consumer, the law may give you rights that no contract can remove. You keep those rights.

The law does not allow some liability to be limited. That includes death or injury we cause, fraud, intent and gross negligence. We do not limit it. This applies whatever else this page says.

For everything else, as far as the law allows:

• We are not liable for lost profit, income, business, reputation or data.
• We are not liable for indirect losses.
• We are not liable for model answers, or for what anyone does with them.
• We are not liable for failures or changes at the providers we use.
• Our total liability is at most what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, we owe nothing.

These limits apply to every kind of claim, including contract and negligence.

Someone may make a claim against us because of how you used multimodel.ch. Examples: what you sent, what you published, or a breach of these terms. In that case you pay the claim and our reasonable costs of handling it.

This does not apply if you are a consumer and the law forbids it.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. We then read the invalid part as narrowly as needed.

If we do not enforce a rule once, we still keep the right to enforce it.

If multimodel.ch is sold or reorganised, we can transfer these terms. You need our written consent to transfer yours.

Neither side is liable for events outside its control, such as war, natural disaster, a provider outage or a sudden change in law.

We send notices to your account's email address. Send notices to us at ben@bensimpson.ch.

These terms and the Privacy page are the full agreement between you and us. They replace anything agreed before.

These terms exist in English, German and French. Each version is binding.

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.

For an important change, we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using multimodel.ch after that date, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, close your account. We refund credit that you paid for and did not use.

Swiss law applies, without its rules on the choice of law. The courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland, decide disputes.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country. Where that law allows it, you can go to your own courts.
